Audacity is the BSA membership magazine. It promotes learning and knowledge, reflects the clinical, academic and research age in which we live and explores new ideas.

Issue number one of Audacity, the membership magazine formerly known as BSA News, was published in August 2013. Audacity promotes learning and knowledge, reflects the clinical, academic and research age in which we live and explores new ideas. There are two issues per year, published in spring and autumn, available in an interactive electronic format.

Audacity has regular sections on:

  • Featured articles: Expert writing about topical areas in audiology
  • Ear Globe – Audiology around the world: Find out about the latest charity and humanitarian work going on within Audiology

Audacity is currently available to members and non-members to demonstrate the work of the BSA.

Audacity is the membership publication of the British Society of Audiology. Within its pages, the editorial team aims to promote learning and knowledge that reflects the clinical, academic and research interests of our multidisciplinary membership. There are two issues per year (spring and autumn) available in interactive digital format.

Meet the editorial team

We are your Audacity editorial team, based at the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust in Brighton. Our clinical remit expands from paediatrics to adults, hearing, tinnitus, hyperacusis, and vestibular diagnostics to rehabilitation. We look forward to receiving your articles and learning about the work you and your organisation are doing to help progress the field of audiology in the UK and overseas.
