Vacancies for the Tinnitus & Hyperacusis Special Interest Group

The Tinnitus & Hyperacusis Special Interest Group (TH SIG) has some exciting opportunities for committed professionals to become part of the steering group.

The primary focus for current work is around hyperacusis and the production of leaflets, guidance and suggested training. We are particularly interested in clinicians who support children and adults with hyperacusis such as Audiologists, Clinical Scientists, Hearing Therapists & Psychologists. The committee reflects the multidisciplinary nature of the BSA and we will be looking to continue this multidisciplinary representation, and this will form part of our selection criteria but crucially enthusiasm, fresh ideas and commitment to contribute to the work of the committee are highly sought.

The committee meets every quarter, predominantly online but on occasions face to face. There is also regular email correspondence and the requirement to carry out project work in between meetings.
