Are you an audiologist looking to shape the future of hearing care?
If you are, then the National Community Hearing Association (NCHA) is looking for a clinician interested in health policy and public affairs to join its policy team.
The NCHA is the professional representative body for community hearing care providers in the UK. Our members and we are committed to better hearing care for all. We shape the future of hearing care by working with governments, the NHS, third sector partners and influencers across health and social care.
As part of a small, high-powered team, you will help support the NCHA to transform hearing care in the UK.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of audiology and a keen interest in improving access to ear and hearing health for everybody in the UK.
The role will include training and development for a clinician looking for a new challenge.
There are opportunities to advance within the group structure.

Skills and experience
▪ Qualified audiologist registered with the HCPC
▪ Good relationship-building skills
▪ Understanding of the audiology sector – including opportunities and barriers to change
▪ Excellent writing and speaking skills
▪ Good analytical and fact-finding skills
▪ Good IT (Microsoft Office) and social media skills.
