Following on from last year’s hugely successful event, the BSA Balance Interest Group’s next BIG Small Event has now been scheduled for 2026!
The theme for this one-day event will be ‘Service Innovation and Redesign’ and the agenda will include lots of creative and practical inspiration for attendees to take back to their departments to improve the quality of their service, ranging from emerging tests and rehab tools, to service remodeling ideas.
