Chair's Update May 2026

We are looking forward to our AGM on 16th of June 2026 when we will be welcoming and announcing our new Trustees during that meeting.  We hope that you enjoy your time with us

We do hope that you found the new BSA Research Recruitment Roundup useful. There will be further research round up in June giving you the opportunity to recruit participants for your studies, or find studies that our members are involved with that you might like to either participate in or find out more about. The deadline for content for that is 4 p.m. on Wednesday 27^th June 2026.

As the World Congress of Audiology is happening this week, the BSA will be there to present on Emerging Clinical Innovation: National Collaboration and Quality. We look forward to the presentations from other equivalent organisations and the exchange of ideas.

On a personal note, as this is my last, BSA Newsletter I just wanted to finish by saying a huge thank you to BSA members for making this organisation one that I have loved being part of for the last 28 years. It is an organisation that works so hard to improve the quality of work within our profession so thank you to everyone who offers their time in different roles to the BSA. The professionalism and energy that everyone brings is hugely appreciated.
