Guidance on the use of real ear measurement to verify the fitting of digital signal processing hearing aids.

This document is an update and amalgamation of MHAS and MCHAS guidelines. It recommends that all patients should undergo real-ear measurement, as appropriate, at the time that their hearing aids are first fitted.

The document is written for audiologists, and covers the practical aspects of real ear measurement. It may be downloaded from both the BSA and the BAA websites
