Audiological Scientist
Full Time position – Maternity cover
This is world class testing
This short-term contract provides an excellent opportunity to develop your specialist
experience in a world class setting. The Portland Hospital is renowned for its women and
children’s services – you will be taking responsibility for testing within our highly regarded
Cochlear Implant Service, which treats adults and children from the UK and overseas.
The main focus is paediatric tests, including audiometry, electrophysiology and advanced
vestibular.
To take advantage of this opportunity, you must be educated to MSc level in Audiology/
Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent. We expect you to bring substantial Paediatric
experience and a background of working with Cochlear Implants. Strong interpersonal skills
are also a must.
